The school

SUPINFO Burgundy is situated on the border of downtown Macon, installed in an 18th century building, in a typical frame that shares beauty with space. With an ancient town library and Visual Arts schools, places charged with History, the buildings are next to the Center of Higher Education that includes high level university formations.
The access to the school is facilitated the Monnier Parking, a close-by free parking with 710 parking spots.
The site contains all the infrastructures available in all SUPINFO schools (VPN, WiFi, Tablet PC...) At the reception, students can benefit from a plasma screen (DSL TV) and automatic drink (cold and warm), snacks and sandwiches distributors. The students' space offers students with a relaxation spot where they can work and eat, play table tennis or have a coffee. |
Food and Beverage

Thanks to a partnership with the Pasteur Middle School, nearby the school, the students benefit from an exclusive food service specially organized for them. Conceived as a self-service, it offers daily complete meals at a competitive tariff (3.78€ in 2006). An online reservation application form gives students a great flexibility in the use of this dedicated service.
Starting from January 2008, all the Macon students will be able to meet at the Students Restaurant which will open within the school building.
In addition, the city offers many other possibilities thanks to the immediate proximity of the town's center: cafeterias(Flunch, Escatel), sandwich shops, themed « classic » restaurants or pizzerias.
Finally, students can benefit from the « Students' Space » (refrigerators, microwaves) to have lunch at school. |

School Life
Animations and events are often organized at school.
A students' night-out, organized by the SUPINFO Burgundy students, takes place each month in a bar (Dundee Cafe or Le Petrus). These evenings are organized around different themes, either seasonal (Summer party, Autumn Party, Winter Party and Spring Party), or dedicated ( Farwest Party, Caritative Party, Surprise Party, ....) bringing students from different Mâcon's education institutions together in a festive and from now on legendary evening.
Each trimester, a sports event takes place as well in the form of « Nights »: Soccer Night, Badminton Night,..... These events are federators and are designed in a friendly spirit. They are often organized on the occasion or in profit of great causes (Fight Against AIDS Day, SIDACTION…).

Besides these meetings, students have numerous possibilities to play sports. More than 40 of them are offered in Macon ! A multis-sports centre is available to the school one evening per week and permits to play basketball, volleyball, ping-pong, etc. Other sports activities like jiu-jitsu or swimming also bring students together several evenings a week. |
The school’s implication in the economic life
SUPINFO Burgundy’s students are regularly invited to participate in « Company Meetings» which are organized by the Municipality. These meetings allow them to meet company directors and top executives and thus gain better knowledge of the local economic fabric and helps them to create bonds and become part of a professional network.
They are also associated to the political and economical meetings, like the New Year Best Wishes of the Municipality to the companies, the inauguration of public and private infrastructures or even the installation of the first stone of company buildings.
