Partnership between SUPINFO and UNITED

With the opening of SUPINFO USA in San Francisco, SUPINFO and UNITED have announced an agreement aimed at SUPINFO students from all over the world.  Aware of the attraction of North America, SUPINFO is offering all its students special tarifs if they fly UNITED.  A return ticket from France to San Francisco could cost as little as 430 € .

This will benefit those SUPINFO students who have chosen to spend an entire year at SUPINFO USA in San Francisco: several hundred have already decided to spend the next academic year in California and thus discover a country of wide diversity while taking advantage of the facilities offered by SUPINFO.

This offer concerns not only students who are enrolled at SUPINFO but also their families,  parents and partners.

Information about UNITED

United is the second largest American airline with headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.  The company offers domestic flights within North Americal and international flights from its 5 hubs (Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington) to Europe, Asia, Australia, Latin America and the Caribbean.  United and United Express offer over 3,200 regular flights per day and fly to over 200 destinations.

From Paris Charles de Gaulle, United has two daily flights: to Chicago and Washington, D.C.  These flights provide excellent connections to a large number of American cities including San Francisco.

The Paris-Chicago flight uses a Boeing 767-300 with 10 First Class seats, 32 Business Class seats and 151 seats in Economy of which 67 are in Economy Plus.

The Paris-Washington flight uses a Boeing 777-200.  This aircraft is configured to accommodate 12 First Class passengers, 49 Business Class passengers and 197 in Economy of which 83 are in Economy Plus.

Economy Plus is a special zone in Economy with an extra 12.7 cm legroom available throughout the entire fleet.  According to availability all passengers may pay a supplement (based on the flight's mileage) at check- in on the day of departure to upgrade to  Economy Plus.

United offers at no additional charge seats in Economy Plus to Premier, Premier Executive, 1K or  Global Services Mileage Plus members according to availability.

On transatlantic flights each seat is equipped with an individual video screen. United offers various films, also in French, from cartoons to sports and news programmes. Headphones are free.

United is one of the founder members of the Star Alliance network, the largest airline group in the world covering 965 destinations in 162 countries (http://www.staralliance.com/).  Thanks to this network SUPINFO students can benefit from reduced prices and also collect miles each time they fly with a Star Alliance member airline.
