This article presents the SUPINFO International University general condition of enrolment, whichever the chosen campus.
The annual scholar fees represent a paying package for the 2011/2012 school year. Any year started is due in his wholeness. The amount includes the entirety costs of teaching (official classes, a 24/24 classes through the internet/intranet, Campus Booster access, online, written and oral exams, possible extra classes and upgrade according to the school administration), free access to the class rooms and to the material during the school date and hours of opening, possible fees of reprography and other documents given in class, exams fees and the realization and issue of titles and school certificate and publication in the alumni SUPINFO book, remedial exam, official certification ORACLE,MICROSOFT, CISCO,SUN, TOEIC fees for the students chosen by the school (the preparation is included in the scholar fees through the SUPINFO classes).
The candidate and his financial guarantor took in consideration that the use of a personal laptop is mandatory to follow a normal schooling in our establishment in 2011/2012. The material should be a laptop with the following requirements: Intel processor 2GHz, equivalent or superior, 2 Go of RAM, 100 Go of hard drive, minimal resolution screen WXGA (1280x720), LAN interface RJ45 100Mbps and a WiFi card 802.11a/b or g mandatory, webcam recommended. A Windows 7 operating system is mandatory to pass the exams and for some classes (Windows XP tolerated). Also it is mandatory that the student have a internet access at home (xDSL, cable,etc.). SUPINFO will propose during the 2011 summer an offer, non mandatory, with different material to the students negotiated with the main manufactures. The candidate is free to choose the offers made by SUPINFO and his partners or to buy on his side his own computer. With the aim to make easier the treasury of the families, our establishment accepts different types of payment for the 2011/2012 school year:
Online or checks cash payment: total cost of the schooling year 4990€
- A pre-enrolment of 1000€, to pay online or by check
For student already enrolled in 2010/2011 only, the pre enrolment fee is due before February 28th 2011: in the case you payment would be received after February 28th 2011, an increase of 50€ will be applied and you will have to pay those 50€ before July 15th 2011.
- A final enrolment of 3990€, to pay online or by check before July 15th 2011
ATTENTION: only the enrolment payed before July 15th 2010 can be legitimate for this cash payment of 4990€. In case your payment would be received after July 15th 2010 the fee applied will be the installment plan of 5190€ vs 4990€. You will then have to pay a 200€ compensation fee before November 30th 2010.
Online or check installment plan: total cost of the schooling year 5990€
(ATTENTION: in case of installment plan by check, SUPINFO does not manage the collection of postponed checks – Indeed; you will have to send the send the check or to pay online before the limit dates in order to avoid any compensation fee)
- A pre enrolment of 1000€, to pay online or by check
For student already enrolled in 2010/2011 only, the pre enrolment fee is due before February 28th 2011: in the case you payment would be received after February 28th 2011, an increase of 50€ will be applied and you will have to pay those 50€ before July 15th 2011.
- A first deposit in title of the final enrolment of 2000€, to pay online or by check before July 15th 2011 (final day)
ATTENTION: in case your payment would be received after July 15th a 100€ compensation fee will be applied. You will have to pay this compensation fee before November 30th 2011.
- A final deposit in title of the final enrolment of 2190€, to pay online or by check before November 30th 2011 (final day).

The pre enrolment is validated once SUPINFO has received the 1000€ deposit, out of the schooling fees. This pre enrolment allows reserving a place on one of the campus and gives priority to the final enrolment.
Cases allowing the reimbursement of a pre-enrolment fee

Candidates admitted but resigning, cancelling their pre-enrolment within 15 days by sending a letter précising their cancellation

Candidates admitted under the reserve of the obtaining of a title (Bac, BTSn DUT,DEUG, … etc.) allowing them to enter SUPINFO and by communicating their results before July 15th 2011 by sending a letter.
Cases allowing the reimbursement of the enrolment fee :

Candidates resigning, cancelling their enrolment by letter before September 30th 2011

Candidates re-oriented but their class council, cancelling their enrolment by letter before September 30th 2011
In case of resignation or non final enrolment without notification as described before mentioned all the deposits done are considered like own to SUPINFO as compensation.
Visa formality:
The candidate is in charge of the different visa formalities for the entry on the territory of the campus chosen. No reimbursement will be accorded in case of the non obtaining of a visa; the candidate will then have the possibility to choose another campus on another territory under the reserve of places available. In case of impossibility or the refusal of a candidate to follow his schooling on a territory on which he can beneficiate of a visa all the deposit made to SUPINFO are considered like own to SUPINFO as compensation.
