SUPINFO announces the opening of its Madrid site in 2011.
Thanks to its strong international development, SUPINFO has established close relations with the European institutions for many years, particularly in Spain, and more recently in Madrid. |
High speed internet access, wireless network coupled with a wired network, phones over Internet Protocol (VoIP) ... Madrid students will benefit from technological resources exactly identical to those of other SUPINFO sites in France, China, Canada, the United Kingdom and the rest of the world.
Similarly, the courses and educational content will be delivered to the same worldwide SUPINFO standard and at the end of their course, the Madrid students will be awarded the Paris degree and this will only be achieved by adhering to the high standards of the school.
SUPINFO Spain will be an integral part of the global SUPINFO network, thus enabling its students to take full advantage of the opportunities for mobility provided by SUPINFO: each year students can freely choose at which of the various SUPINFO schools around the world they wish to study. They can even visit other SUPINFO schools during their academic year, attending classes for a few days or weeks.
In order to ensure uniformity of training in Madrid, all SUPINFO laboratories will be supplied with equipment from the world's IT leaders (Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, Apple, Mandriva, Sun, Novell, Oracle ...) and will be open from the beginning of term.
The full 5-year curriculum of the SUPINFO International Master of Science will be available within a maximum delay of 3 years.
A few words about Madrid

|
Madrid is the capital of Spain. Being the largest and most populated town, it is also known as the capital of the Autonomous Community of Madrid. It also houses the headquarters of the WTO, the World Tourism Organisation.
Madrid is a city famous for its culture, artistic activities and festive atmosphere. 17% of the inhabitants in Madrid are foreigners and most of the Spaniards there come from other parts of Spain. The people of Madrid are therefore open and friendly towards other immigrants. It is also well known that one can be a "madrileño" without even being born in Madrid! |
|
Fancy discovering other destinations in Spain? Thanks to the town's well developed bus, train and public transport system, it is easy! It has one of the best metro networks in the world with more than 100 bus lines and taxis at every street corner.
Although the history of Madrid is a little strange - it only became known as the capital of Spain in the 16th century - it has been struggling to acquire the same reputation as the other major European cities. Today, Madrid is proud and confident thanks to its world-renowned museums and architectural wealth. |
