French State grants

PLEASE NOTE: The CROUS scholarship forms are now available and applications  can be made every year from 15 January to 31 May.

If you plan to join the school or if you have already registered with SUPINFO, you are entitled to a French State grant which you can apply for at your local CROUS office (Centre Régional des Œuvres Universitaires et Scolaires).

All SUPINFO students are registered in Paris Campus, the same procedure applies to students enrolled in SUPINFO France (including the French Overseas Department and Territories), irrespective of which SUPINFO site they will be pursuing their studies.

The Student Social Dossier

You can print this article here before you connect to the CROUS website and follow the instructions.

Beware:
The last 15 days of May are likely to be overloaded and you may have connection problems.  Do not delay!  If you have problems please try again later.

Before you log in and fill out your application form, make sure you have the following to hand:
-Your tax declaration
-Your student number (INE) or BEA (it can be found on the Baccalaureat confirmation register).

To make your request, please click now on the website of CNOUS (Centre National des Œuvres Universitaires et Scolaires): - Scholarship Option - in order to choose your local CROUS office (Centre Régional).  On the map of France choose the university or college where you wish to study.

Once you are in the website of your chosen school, click on the link indicating the CROUS website associated to that school.  This link is generally indicated by the following image:

You will then be directed to the CROUS website of the related school and on that page you will need to look  for the link to the "D.S.E"  (Dossier Social Etudiant)  in order to fill out your scholarship application form.

STEP 1: Start

Then answer the following questions:

Click on "Commencer la saisie de votre dossier social" (start filling out your Social Dossier)
If you do not have a "Dossier" number yet, click directly on the "Envoyer" (send) button without any entry in the "N° de dossier" and "Nom" (name) fields.

Choose a password to protect your file from further access and enter it twice before you click on the "envoyer" (send) button.

Note: If you are currently a SUPINFO student or if you are currently studying abroad or at a college not dependent on the French National Education, then choose the option "Saisir votre dossier social étudiant SANS le numéro INE" (Fill in the Student Social Dossier WITHOUT the INE number). Otherwise, you must have your INE number and choose the other option.

Next, if you have filled out the application form without the INE number and you are already a SUPINFO student please select "Vous êtes scolarisé dans un établissement relevant d'un autre ministère que l'Education Nationale" (You are enrolled in an institution which is dependent on another government department than the National Education) and please enter your nationality in the next step.

STEP 2: Selecting Option 1

On the map of France displayed, always click on the "Académie de Paris", even if you are joining SUPINFO in Martinique, Alsace, Languedoc-Roussillon, Bourgogne, Reunion Island, Canada, the United Kingdom or any other SUPINFO campus.  In fact, even if you are going to study in any other SUPINFO campus from the next school term, you will still be registered at SUPINFO Paris,  it being a Higher Education institution recognised by the French State and registered at the "Académie de Paris" under "Ecole Supérieure d’Informatique – Paris 10" (International Institute of Information Technology) with the nickname "ESI".

Enter the type of application: Scholarship, Accommodation or Scholarship and Accommodation.
