The internship agreement now includes mandatory clauses. Hereunder is an example of a typical internship agreement. This tripartite agreement is signed by the school, the commpany and the student.
Internship Agreement
Article 1: this present convention defines the relationship between the Company:

hereafter called “SUPINFO”,
regarding the internship between the aforesaid Company and the student:
Name & Company Student
registered at SUPINFO, in the class/year,
hereafter called “The Student”,
This current convention is valid for the duration of the internship which will last from xx/xx/xxxx to xx/xx/xxxx.
SUPINFO must inform the Student, or if he is underage, his legal representative, about the contents of this convention. SUPINFO must obtain, before the beginning of the internship, either from the Student or his legal representative, consent about the clauses of the present convention.
Article 2 : The main object of this internship agreement is to ensure that the Student is able to put into practice the training he received at SUPINFO during the school year. Furthermore, the internship must represent an added value experience for the Student. The employer must not profit directly from the presence of a student of SUPINFO in his Company
Article 3 : Tasks entrusted to the Student during his internship are the following:

Team description (how many, hierarchical report)
Show here what is the technical environment of the internship
Indicate if some trainings are scheduled
The Company is committed to respect this internship description.
Article 4 : The period of internship will include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of each week. The Company should not ask the student to be present during SUPINFO classes or any other day than the days listed here above.
Article 5 : The Student is allowed to work from Monday to Saturday except during face to face class time and during examinations. The Company should not ask the student to be presented any other day than the days listed here above.
Article 6 : During the internship, the Student must comply with the Company’s regulations; these include medical visits and Company working hours.
Article 7 : In the event of any disciplininary problem, the Director of the Company or the person responsible for the internship reserves the right to end this present convention after having informed the School Management. Before the Student’s departure, the Director of the Company of the person responsible for the internship must make sure that the warning addressed to the School Management has been received.
Article 8 : During the internship, and in compliance with the legislation relative to internship agreements, the Company does not have to pay the Student. However, considering the high level of the Student, a bonus is generally given and thus, a labor contract may be required. The Company will pay the Student xxxx Euros per day.
Article 9 : The Student and/or the Company will eventually provide Food and accommodation fees. The internal or external training fees resulting from the tasks entrusted to the Student during his internship will be paid by the Company.
Article 10 : The Director of the Company or the person responsible for the internship agrees that it must be clear that the Student’s presence in the Company must be an added value working experience for him. The school may request an appraisal of the Student’s work during the internship from the Company. The Company commits to give the Student as well as the school, a statement describing the nature, content and duration of the tasks. The Company will send to SUPINFO a completed SUPINFO Internship Assessment Form by email only at olivier.comes@supinfo.com at the end of the internship.
Article 11 : At the end of the internship, the Student must write a internship report. This report will be sent to the Management of the Company or the person responsible for the internship, and then, sent back to the school, annotated. This internship report must be presented to the school to be published on the Internet.
Article 12 : The Company, the Student or SUPINFO may terminate this contract with a prior notice of one week.
