Preparing for TOGAF Accreditation

5TGF 8 chapters 3 ECTS credits Level Advanced

Introduction

TOGAF is The Open Group's Architecture Framework. It is a tool to encourage membership to enterprise architectures, as well as creation, use and maintenance of these architectures.

TOGAF is based on a model of iterative processes called ADM (Architecture Development Method) based on best practices and a set of reusable architectural resources. TOGAF 9 model helps developing a wide range of enterprise architectures that an increasing number of companies use to align their IT processes with their strategy and business objectives.

Through the course of 5TGF - Preparing for Accreditation TOGAF, you will study in detail the TOGAF 9.1 document and prepare to pass the TOGAF Foundation exam (Part 1) and Certification (Part 2).

The TOGAF 9 Foundation exam is a test performed an hour under supervision consisting of 40 multiple choice questions. You get one point per correct answer. No document is allowed. There are no specific prerequisites for this test.

The TOGAF 9 Certification exam is a 90 minutes test taken under supervision consisting of eight complex scenarios rated on their level of difficulty. Candidates have the right to use documents. They must hold certification TOGAF 9 Foundation or have an authorization allowing them to pass the Part 1 examination (Foundation) on the same day that the Certification exam and in the same examination center.
